本工作坊以「共創邊界」為核心，探討在生成式 AI 時代，設計師如何從單純的執行者轉型為具備「導演思維」的創作者。課程採用「動態敘事整合」模式，首創結合分鏡邏輯與 AI 生成技術。由劉景程老師引導學員繪製動畫分鏡，建立視覺敘事藍圖；白乃遠教授講授目標導向指令與 AI 圖生影（Image-to-Video）技術，將靜態構想轉化為流暢的動畫作品。同時特邀國際權威 Matthias Wölfel 教授分享人機互動前瞻視野，引領學員在效率與創意之間，重新定義人機協作的主導邊界。

This workshop centres on the concept of “co-creating boundaries”, exploring how designers can transition from mere executors to creators possessing a “directorial mindset” in the era of generative AI. Employing a ‘Dynamic Narrative Integration’ methodology, the course pioneers the fusion of storyboard logic with AI generation techniques. Instructor Liu Jingcheng guides participants in drafting animation storyboards to establish visual narrative blueprints, while Professor Bai Naiyuan teaches goal-oriented prompting and AI image-to-video technology to transform static concepts into fluid animated works. Additionally, internationally renowned authority Professor Matthias Wölfel will share forward-thinking perspectives on human-machine interaction, guiding participants to redefine the boundaries of human-machine collaboration between efficiency and creativity.
