ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The 13th International Design Research Forum, Conference, and Workshop
The Graduate School of Design Studies, College of Design, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology has long been committed to advancing design education, research, and industry–government–academia collaboration. Since 2014, the International Design Research Forum and Conference has been held to strengthen research capacity in design, and this year marks its 13th edition. The forum and conference serve as a platform for the presentation of research outcomes and for scholarly exchange among researchers and practitioners in design education and related fields.
In addition, the International Integrated Design Workshop, initiated in 2012, focuses on promoting place-based innovation and cross-cultural design practice. Through hands-on engagement in design processes and guidance from professionals, students are able to deepen their knowledge and transform it into comprehensive design outcomes, while further developing their abilities in professional design communication and presentation.
